Leash Reminder

Dear Panther Creek Homeowners:
It has come to the attention of the HOA that dogs are being walked in the community without a leash or not on a leash. It is a City of Jacksonville ordinance that dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside the home unless they are in a dog park on behind a security fence. Please be mindful and walk your dogs on a leash. It is for the protection of your dog, other dogs in the same vicinity, your neighbors and their guests. Don’t forget to always pickup after your dog. Your neighbors will be appreciative.
